Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and value your trust in us. We will do everything in our power to earn your confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to friends and family.
- We do not sell, rent or barter mailing lists of NCMC customers.
- We do request and store the names, e-mail and street addresses, telephone numbers, numbers, income and other financial information for customers. This information is transmitted to respective mortgage lenders for the sole purpose of processing your request.
- For the sole purpose of processing your request, NCMC may share the information you provide with up to four lending institutions participating in our program. All lenders operate under federal and state laws regarding customer privacy.
- Occasionally, we may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name or address to that promotional partner unless you affirmatively respond to the promotional offer.
- At your request, we will not send you any information or offers unrelated to your finance request.
- We may publicly reveal general, non-personal data about the NCMC Web site, such as number of visitors, number of goods and services purchased, etc.
- NCMC may share non-personal aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes.
- Any changes to our privacy promise will be communicated through the NCMC Web site at least 10 days in advance of implementation. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the old privacy policy.
